Refund policy
We hope you love your Maison Elle purchase.
If, for any reason, you change your mind, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.
Change of Mind Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and components must be included
• The item must be returned in a resalable condition
• Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Elle cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@bymaisonelle.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Full name
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
