Shipping policy

At Maison Elle, we hope you love your purchase.

If you change your mind, we accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@bymaisonelle.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Maison Elle reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
